Terms & Conditions

Deposit:

When booking an appointment, you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit. The Deposit price varies depending on the style chosen.

If for any reason your circumstances change and you are unable to make your appointment, you will lose your deposit. You will only receive your deposit back, if I cancel your booking.

2. Changing Original Booking

If you want to change the date of your booking, you will need to contact me directly via phone call, 72 hours before your scheduled booking date. If you do not contact me and you know you can not make your booking, you will lose your deposit and will have to pay the full balance of the style next time you book with me.

3. Hair Prep:
Please ensure that your hair is freshly washed and air dried with no added product, 24 hours prior to your booking. If you are adamant on blow-drying your hair that is also fine. Please DO NOT relax or texturize your hair before coming to get your braids done.
4. Allergies:
If you have any allergies or you are allergic to synthetic hair, please let me know before hand so I can soak the X-Pressions.
5. Photographs,Videos & Live Streams
All media content that I create will be posted on my Social Media accounts, as this helps to showcase my work to a wider audience. Posting Videos,Photographs & Live streams of my work is a must & non- negotiable.
6. Products:
All accessories, utensils and hair products will be provided. However, if you have a product that you’d prefer to use, then you are more than welcome to bring it to your appointment. You will need to provide your own packs of hair X-Pressions. If you want to buy Xpression hair from me, I charge £4per pack. If you are confused about which hair you need to purchase, Please Contact Me On The Number Provided.
7. Natural Hair Length:
You will need to book in for a consultation, if your natural hair is shorter than 5 inches. (Call Contact Number).
8. Sleek Ponytails:
These styles require the use of heat or a generous amount of product. If you are on a Natural Hair Journey, then I Do Not Recommend these styles for you. Sleek ponytails for thick natural hair will be available soon.
9. Arrival & Lateness:
If you are late you will be charged a £20 late fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. If you know that you will not arrive to your appointment on time, please contact me ASAP.
10. Braiding Classes:
When booking a Beginners or Master Braiding Classes or Courses, you will need to pay the amount in Full. Once you have made Full Payment of the Class or Course you will receive a confirmation email stating that you have made Full Payment & other information that you will need to know. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy, and any other policies in place, in addition to any amendments, does not create rights enforceable by third parties or require disclosure of any personal information relating to members of the Service or Site.
